NS Luxury Villa Hotel Website
I work at this hotel's reception desk, and I built its website. Here is the problem it solved and what changed at the front desk.
Two of my live projects, told in plain words: the problem, what I made, and what changed after.
I work at this hotel's reception desk, and I built its website. Here is the problem it solved and what changed at the front desk.
The hotel had no website, so guests couldn't see the rooms or the prices. Every question came through the front desk: the same few answers, all day long.
Photos of every room, prices in plain view, Google Maps directions, and one-tap buttons to call or message on WhatsApp. It opens quickly even on slow mobile data.
The front desk gets far fewer simple calls. Guests arrive already knowing the rooms, the prices, and how to reach us, and most confirm their stay on WhatsApp.
How a beauty and skincare shop moved from WhatsApp status posts to a proper online store with nationwide delivery.
Is this item in stock? How much with delivery? Every sale started with the same long back-and-forth, typed out again and again.
Products sorted into groups, clear descriptions, prices you don't have to ask about, and a simple checkout that works on the network most customers have.
Every order comes in with the items and the address already written down, and Google now brings in customers beyond the shop's usual audience too.
